  • 01 - Questionnaire

    We will send you a detailed questionairre to complete to the best of your abilities to work out an idea of what you have in mind.

  • 02 - Initial Consultation

    The design process starts by Michael visiting you at your garden to explore ideas, discuss possibilities and consider different design directions.

  • 03 - Design Proposal & Mood Boards

    This is a summary of criteria and outlines projected phases, fees and other works.

  • 04 - Site Survey

    A full site assessment including taking accurate measurements for designs.

  • 05 - Design

    Your garden design is completed using computer aided design and presented to you. This allows any modifications to be made.

  • 06 - Construction

    06 - Construction

    We work with trusted landscapers and other companies to ensure the highest standard is undertaken.

  • 07 - Planting Plan

    We can source and plant the plants selected within the garden for you.

  • 08 - Support

    Any support required after the completion such as maintenance can be discussed.

FOR OUR FIRST 10 CUSTOMERS WE ARE OFFERING 10% OFF OF OUR PRICING TO HELP BUILD OUR PORTFOLIO!

Initial Consultation:
Includes a site visit to understand your needs and see what is feasible. There are some designers who offer this consultation as complimentary, but we are building a design-led practice where early advice is treated as a valuable part of the process so this consultation cost is £95.
Should you move forward with the project, this amount will be deducted from the overall cost.

Design Plan (includes site survey, draft plans and 3x plan amendments):
Smaller gardens: From £350+VAT
Larger Gardens: From £1000+VAT

Planting Plan (includes list of plants, drawings, sourcing the plants and schedule to plant):
Smaller gardens: From £350+VAT
Larger gardens: From £1000+VAT
Planting services can also be quoted separately on a per-project basis.

Mileage:
Within 30 miles of Newbury is complimentary. Anything outside of 30 miles is charged at 30p per mile.

Project Monitoring on Site:
This is charged at £30 an hour if required.
